AFFIDAVIT OF EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF PETITION

I, Abdikadir Mohamed, of National Identity Card No. 28471920, a resident of Rhamu Ward in Mandera North, do solemnly swear and state as follows:

1. THAT I was duly appointed and accredited by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as the Polling Agent for Hon. Abdi Yunis Guliye at Polling Station 043-01-001A located at Rhamu DEB Primary School, Rhamu Ward, Mandera North Constituency.
2. THAT voting at the said polling station commenced under my observation and concluded at 17:00 Hours EAT on Election Day.
3. THAT at the conclusion of vote counting, the Presiding Officer recorded and announced the following votes on Form 35A:
   - Hon. Abdi Yunis Guliye: 328 votes
   - Main Competitor: 112 votes
   - Other Candidates: 18 votes
   - Total Valid Votes: 458 votes
   - Rejected Ballot Papers: 4 votes
   - Total Votes Cast: 462 votes
4. THAT immediately following the declaration, I captured an uncompressed digital photographic record of the original signed and stamped Form 35A using the AbdiSystem cryptographic field capture suite at 2026-09-13 13:14:31 EAT.
5. THAT the cryptographic digital fingerprint (SHA-256) of the captured Form 35A is:

6. THAT the submission was audited, certified, and sealed under post-approval immutability on 2026-09-13 14:14:31 EAT by War Room Chief Auditor.
7. THAT what is deponed herein is true to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.
